Hi! I’m Sam and I’m a queer artist who grew up in Minnesota but now live in Oregon. Both places are gray for months at a time, which has lead me to seek and create colorful art. Sometimes I use paint or sequins or prints but the focus is always on exploring color, queerness, humanity and humor.

About the installation: The installation is a series of works over the last 5 years. Showing my evolution from tradition work, to digital collages.
